Well Made
From local crops to measurable impact
Goed Maak, formerly Flevo Lokaal, is an initiative of Food Pioneers within the Food Programs. Goed Maak directly connects farmers, processors, and food service companies. We process locally grown crops and residual flows into distinctive, scalable products , resulting in less waste , increased biodiversity , and an acceleration of the protein transition .
For foodservice : achieve sustainability and CSRD goals with products that include impact data.
For farmers and growers : new markets, fair prices and appreciation for local and regenerative work.
For producers/processors : valorisation of residual flows, new applications and white-label possibilities.

From residual flows to tasty solutions
How it works
We connect the chain in three steps and provide compact impact data sheets for your reporting with each product.
Harvest & raw material
Farmers and growers supply crops or residual flows that fit within a sustainable food system.Product development & processing
Our partners develop distinctive, scalable ingredients or products (also white-label), often linked to knowledge from the Food Campus .Implementation in food service
Food service companies use these products to demonstrably achieve sustainability and CSRD goals — including a story for guests and employees.
Two implementation routes
Route A – Local single-ingredient swaps
Direct purchasing of local raw materials (e.g., field beans, seasonal vegetables, dairy) from farmers/cooperatives. We guarantee quality, volumes, and logistics.Route B – Reformulation through your existing suppliers
We advise your suppliers on how to replace (parts of) ingredients with local/regenerative alternatives . They remain "suppliers of record"; we provide specifications, recipe frameworks, and scalability checks.
Result : less waste, more biodiversity, faster protein transition supported by data .
Why this is important
In Flevoland, food production, innovation, and sustainability converge. With Goedgemaakt, we're making that connection tangible: we're strengthening local supply chains, reducing waste, and building a future-proof food system together.
