Through our knowledge voucher program and programs like the Food Pioneers Program and Goed Gemaakt, the entrepreneurs’ consultation hour and a strong network, we help you realize innovations more quickly and grow your business in a sustainable way.

The Food Campus connects education, research and practice to accelerate food innovation. Students, professionals and researchers work together in projects and think tanks, where knowledge sharing and talent development contribute to a sustainable and future-proof food system.

Food Campus is the place where education, practice and research reinforce one another. Together with students, knowledge institutions and companies we work on current food issues and build a dynamic learning environment that prepares young talents for the food transition.

GOOD FOOD = GOOD POLICY

Good food requires good policy. Food Pioneers works together with local and national governments, including the municipality of Almere and the province of Flevoland, on future-oriented food policy. Through practical examples, research and knowledge sharing we link social challenges directly to the food transition.

Consumers play a key role in the food transition. That is why we actively involve citizens through consumer research, food festivals and local food initiatives. Culture, identity and behaviour are just as decisive for change as the products themselves.
