Happy Goats Goodness used a Food Pioneers knowledge voucher to research the digestibility of goat’s milk. The results show goat milk ice cream can be a better tolerated option for people with mild to moderate lactose intolerance.

Launch of Food Impactmakers: an interdisciplinary programme by Food Pioneers in collaboration with SOL. Vocational students explore the food chain up close, follow skills training and work towards a concrete Food Challenge.

On the first day of Food Impactmakers, vocational students from Warmonderhof and Aeres MBO Almere explored the world of agriculture. Through games, training and a farm visit, they learned about sustainable farming, different perspectives and the power of critical questions.
